Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the payment processing policies for customers using our services on this website. By making a payment through the available payment gateways, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Payment Gateways

We accept payments via the following gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Square, GoCardless, and Worldpay. Each gateway has its own terms and fee structures, which are outlined below.

2. Payment Methods and Fees

2.1 Stripe

Supported Methods: Stripe supports a variety of payment options, including credit/debit cards, wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and bank transfers.
Payouts: Funds are transferred directly to a UK bank account
Fees: Stripe charges 1.4% + 20p per transaction for European cards and 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards.
VAT: UK VAT is automatically applied to Stripe's fees.

2.2 PayPal

Supported Methods: Customers can pay via PayPal balance or credit/debit cards.
Fees: PayPal charges 2.9% + 30p per transaction within the UK.
VAT: PayPal may apply VAT to its fees depending on your business setup

2.3 Square

Supported Methods: Square supports card payments.
Payouts: Funds are sent to your UK bank account within 1-2 business days.
Fees: Square charges 1.75% per transaction.
VAT: UK VAT may apply to Square's processing fees.

2.4 GoCardless

Supported Methods: GoCardless processes Direct Debit payments.
Fees: GoCardless charges 1% per transaction, capped at £2.
VAT: GoCardless includes VAT in its fees.

2.5 Worldpay

Supported Methods: Worldpay offers both card and non-card payment methods, including direct bank transfers.
Fees: Worldpay charges 2.75% + 20p per transaction.
VAT: VAT may apply to Worldpay's processing fees.
